ANKMAR PROTRANS is an engineering product designed as an automatic marble slab loading machine. This machine was developed specifically for use in marble slab polishing line. The process happens as follows:
Marble slabs are taken by vacuum and automatically loaded onto the motorized conveyor on the slab polishing line.
When the polishing process is completed, it is automatically picked up and stacked. Additionally, this machine can also be used to load and unload marble into beheading, splitting and polishing machines. Marbles, cut from the block cutting machine and placed on pallets, are placed in front of the automatic loading robot with a forklift. When the operator writes the position (vertical or horizontal) and height of the stone on the operating panel, the automatic marble loading robot starts the process.
The automatic marble loading robot takes the marbles from the pallet and places them horizontally on its own motorized conveyor. The motorized conveyor advances the second stone when the process of the previous stone is completed in the beheading, splitting or polishing processing machines. Meanwhile, the automatic marble loading robot brings another marble and, if the product is waiting on the motorized conveyor, keeps it waiting. When marble comes out of the motorized conveyor, the automatic marble loading robot lowers this stone and follows the process sequence.
